Which membership is right for me?
Choose the rhythm that works for you.
Full Membership brings the whole Ember House experience together — training, movement and recovery as part of your week.
If yoga, Pilates and movement are more your thing, choose a Movement Membership. If sauna and cold plunge are what you’ll use most, choose Recovery.
And if you’d rather keep things flexible, you can simply drop in when it suits you.
There’s no one way to be part of Ember House.
Is Ember House members-only?
No. Our doors will always be open.
Alongside Full Membership, we’ll offer dedicated Movement and Recovery memberships for those who want to make a particular part of Ember House part of their regular routine.
Classes, sauna and cold plunge sessions, events, food and coffee will also be available without a membership.
Can I bring a guest?
Full Membership includes a monthly guest pass.
Why are you limiting Full Membership to 100 people?
Because we want Ember House to feel good when you actually use it.
Full Membership will be limited to a maximum of 100 people, helping us keep the space calm, the coaching personal and the community connected.

Training
What is Small Group Personal Training?
Strength training, properly coached.
Our Small Group Personal Training sessions are built around strength — learning the key movements, getting stronger over time and training in a way that feels sustainable.
Your training follows a structured programme rather than a collection of random workouts.
How many people are in a session?
A maximum of 8 people per session.
Sessions are coached in small groups, with exercises and loads adapted to the individual. You’ll train alongside other people, but you won’t necessarily be doing exactly the same thing.
Do I need experience of strength training?
If you’re new to strength training, that’s completely fine.
We’ll take the time to understand where you’re starting from and help you find the right level. There’s no expectation to keep up with anyone else.
You don’t need to arrive knowing what you’re doing. That’s what the coaching is for.
Will every session be as hard as possible?
There’ll be conditioning too, but we’re not interested in making every session as hard as possible.
Not competition. Not punishment. Not workouts for the sake of exhaustion.
Training designed to make you stronger, more capable and more confident over time.
What is Open Gym, and who can use it?
Full Members can also use the Training Studio outside coached sessions.
Come in to practise something, add some easy movement, or simply train independently when it suits you.

Sauna & Cold Plunge
What’s in the Sauna Garden?
A Finnish style sauna, two cold plunge baths, outdoor showers and space to sit between rounds.
Come alone. Come with someone. Stay quiet. Have a conversation.
How does a session work?
Arrive. Change. Heat. Cold. Repeat.
Each session gives you time to use the sauna and cold plunge at your own pace.
Move between the heat and our two cold baths as much or as little as you like. Take a shower, sit for a while, talk to someone or simply enjoy the quiet.
How long is a session, and how many people are there?
Sessions are 30 minutes with up to 12 people sharing the Sauna.
What should I bring?
Swimwear, water bottle and 2 towels (1 for sitting / 1 for drying).
Can I hire towels?
Bring your own, or hire them from us (£2 each).
Are there changing facilities and showers?
Changing facilities and showers are available beside the Sauna Garden.
I’ve never used a sauna or cold plunge. Is that OK?
No problem. We’ll show you around, explain how everything works and help you get comfortable with the heat and cold. There’s no need to stay in either for longer than feels right.
Do I have to do the cold plunge?
Move between heat and cold if you enjoy it, take a quick dip, or skip the cold altogether.
There’s no competition and no prescribed way to do it. It’s your session.
How much are sauna and cold plunge sessions?
Full Membership includes 12 Sauna & Cold Plunge sessions.
